We are proud to share our successes and project endeavours including updates on new skills for service delivery to our Clients

News

We have established 3D scan technology services providing scanning, CAD model conversions, reverse engineering, compliance checking on finished tolerances, and rapid prototype evaluation.

We have recently completed a major civil engineering design service project for a 1325Ha development in Egypt.

We have recently completed the engineering design service for a relocation and upgrade of a mobile processing plant in North America, utilising our original modular design approach of the initial installation to facilitate breakdown, road transport some 70km, and re-assembly of this 170t plant.

We have recently completed safety cage calculations for the Cussco Racing world rally team and Ferrari Historic 312 F1 to be FIA homologated.

We have provided a failure analysis service to investigate component failure in a 1400t reciprocating machine prototype development project involving fluctuating and dynamic load interactions of inertia, temperature, gravity and reversal.

We recently completed a civil engineering design service for a 120Ha mine and processing plant operation in New Zealand.

We are also currently undertaking an expert review for civil and structural defects on two major Australian projects.

We continue with our project work with local government authorities for infrastructure and building engineering.

We have continued with our significant motorsport project to recreate a FIAT X/19.  The body panels will be recreated to avoid the poor quality steel specification in the original, the chassis will be remade as a spaceframe, and the power plant will be replaced with a modern OEM make retaining the rear engine configuration.

The long awaited manufacture of the in-house designed motorcycle trike has commenced.

Our past, current and future workload remains an exciting mix of Australian and International projects which is made possible by our world class experience, skills and support with our global partners and clients.
